Spy Photo Of My New Training Videos

Well here's a spy pic of the eagerly awaited
release of our brand new parakeet training videos.

My brother just finished these covers for the videos, and I think they look pretty cool. And I'll think you'll find what's inside unlike anything you've ever seen.

And because I know a lot of people wonder if you can even train a parakeet or other small parrot, I wanted to share this mini article that I wrote about what
your parakeet, no matter how un-tame, is capable of.

What My Recent Trip To
Washington D.C. Taught Me About Training Parakeets

About 3 weeks ago, my buddy Luc and I headed off to Washington D.C. for a conference, and we stayed in the famous Hotel Washington, right across the street from the white house.

And even though we were pretty much stuck in the hotel all weekend, when we finally got a chance to get out and see some sights, we marched on over to the "heavily-watched" White House, for a quick look, and what I noticed there really struck me.

No it wasn't the majesty of the building or the air surveillance helicopter circling overhead. Instead it was a very fat squirrel that I almost stepped on 3 different times!

Now What Does A Fat Squirrel Have To Do With Parakeet Training?

Everything in the world if you take the right perspective. You see God didn't make that squirrel a loving, fearless creature that would lay at a complete strangers feet and beg for food. Oh No. All squirrels are genetically coded to run away the second you get close to them. And if you don't believe me, run down to your nearest park and try to catch one.

Now you probably are all thinking the same thing, the reason this squirrel is tame, is because of the thousands of tourists who have been feeding it every day of his life, and have been doing it for years. And the result of these tourists efforts, unannounced to them, was a VERY tame squirrel.

So let me ask you this question. If a group of tourists can tame a squirrel, completely by accident, what makes you think you're so special that you can't tame your parakeet when you follow a proven action plan.

Now let me make a couple points to wrap this up. Firstly, nobody starved the squirrel. This wasn't some "lab-squirrel" who was starved into submission, but rather a squirrel that one day got a bit hungry, as any animal is bound to do, and since he didn't have a feed bowl of food stuffed in front of him, went out to find some lunch.

And low and behold, some tourist tossed him a piece of the tastiest Twinkie he had ever seen. And even though he was afraid of the tourists, as long as they'd toss the food from a distance, he'd gladly eat it.

And you know the rest of the story. Over time, this squirrel's fear of people eventually disappeared, and you can now go to most tourist attractions in the world and find squirrels that will practically eat out of your hand.

So why do I share this story? Because these videos that I am about to release to the public will walk you through a proven system based on the same methods that have been taming not only birds, but tons of animals that beg at tourist attractions for the last hundred years. And turns those methods into a system that will have your scared little bird, gladly hoping out of his cage for play time, anytime you want.

Please post to this blog with your thoughts about this article, and what this can do for your parakeet. And please share any success stories you've had with training your parakeet already, hopefully this can give parakeet owners hope!

Sincerely,

Chet Womach
http://www.birdtricks.com/

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://gettingengaged3.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html#111705322534759859' title='Released! And I'm going to ask her in 2 weeks, because her mother
and father are coming into town, and she's really close to them, and I
know she'll want them there to celebrate.

But with that said, I have 2 HUGE problems.

Problem 1: I need a really creative proposal idea.

Problem 2: I can't quite afford the ring she really wants without another
6 months of saving up, and I have to buy it in 2 weeks!

So I thought I'd strike a bargain with you...

I have gotten tons of emails from people begging me to come out with
a video and course on training smaller birds like, lovebirds, parakeets
and parrotlets etc. So...

A few months ago, my brother and I came out with a brand new video
series for taming, caring for, and trick training small birds like parakeets.
But we decided not to sell it, and to make it available ONLY to a select
few clients who are currently part of our Inner-Circle program,
which is currently Sold Out . And no, you can't get a membership
to it currently.

So I was hoping that you could share some creative engagement ideas
with me on this blog, so that I could make this proposal a dream come
true for Sally. And in return, and because I need to raise some more
money to purchase Sally's dream engagement ring, I agree to put our
parakeet, training videos back on the market at a HUGE 50% discount
for 1 week, but 1 week only.

Now I know you're going to want to know some more about these new
videos, so stay tuned to your email and this blog, because I'm going to
be posting some pictures of them, along with sending you a free video
trailer. It's super cool, just needs a bit more editing.

So please feel free to post your proposal ideas to this blog, or even how
you got engaged. I can't wait to read them, and use one of them!

Best Wishes,

Chet Womach

P.S. I've posted a picture of Sally and I on our second date at this link if you'd like to see it
http://www.birdtricks.com/chetandsally.jpg

P.P.S. My guess is that there will be a few people that feel that me asking for proposal ideas isn't a very good idea. So I wanted to make sure that if you're one of those people, you can be rest assured, that I will not simply steal one or two ideas and go ahead and use them. I already have some ideas of how I'll propose, and I'm hoping a few suggestions could give me some ideas to spruce up the proposal.

In fact I've already decided, thanks to one of the comments on this blog, to video tape the proposal, and I'll be happy to send you all a copy as proof that I have what it takes to be a little original.

P.P.P.S. No matter what happens, and even if I can't raise enough money for the ring I want, please know that I realise that it's what in Sally's and My heart that matters, and not the size of the ring. But if I can bless enough people with a really cool parrot training product, that helps me buy my future wife her dream wedding ring, then you'd better believe I'd do that for her.
